特许公认会计师公会(The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)，简称ACCA，是得到皇家特许(Royal Charter)衔头的英国四大拥有法定权力会计师公会之一，也是世界上其中一个最著名的会计师专业团体。

　　ACCA营运部门位于英国格拉斯哥，公会专门向世界各地提供特许公认会计师(Chartered Certified Accountant)资格专业考试，现时全球170多个国家和地区有超过14万名ACCA会员和40.4万名学生会员。

　　ACCA考试一共有16门课程，只要完成其中的14门考试就可以获得证书。
